You cut it to fit

It comes as an uncut rectangle. Lay it on the deck, trace the outline and trim it with a craft knife or fine scissors. That way it matches your board's shape exactly, whatever shape that is.

How to fit it

Clean the deck, peel off the backing paper and work from tail to nose, pressing down gradually so you don't trap air bubbles.
