Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) and start once we've prepared the order.

Shipping zones
We ship to mainland Spain and to the European Union countries listed above. As these are shipments within the EU, there are no customs procedures and no import charges for the customer.
We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as they fall outside the common customs territory and shipping there would mean extra paperwork and costs for you.

Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Possible delays
The times shown are estimates. They can be affected by public holidays or carrier incidents. Finger3flip is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our service.
