Return and Refund Policy
Finger3flip Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 5 days . If it's been more than 5 days since you received your order, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Products that do not accept returns:
• Fingerboards that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Customized or modified products.
• Accessories that are not in their original packaging or are missing parts.
• Gift cards.
To complete the return, you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time to process.
3. If after these steps you still don't receive it, contact us at info@finger3flip.com
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at info@finger3flip.com and send the item to:

Shipping costs for returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you're shipping a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
