I'm not a giant brand. I fell in love with skating, then fingerboarding, and ended up setting this up without planning it. Every deck leaves here inspected, and if something isn't right, you write to me directly, not to a form.

How long does it take to arrive?
Delivery times are counted in working days, Monday to Friday.
Mainland Spain: 2 to 4 days.
Europe (Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Austria): 4 to 6 days.
For now we only ship to mainland Spain: not the Balearics, the Canaries, Ceuta or Melilla. As soon as your order ships I send you the tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
It is calculated at the checkout screen based on your destination: Spain (Peninsula) €3.99 and Europe €6.99.
Shipping is free on your first order: leave me your email and I will send you the coupon instantly. Everything is shipped within the European Union, so there are no customs or import duties.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it, provided it is in its original condition, even if it’s just because you weren't convinced.

What if it arrives damaged or gives me trouble?
If it arrives broken or damaged, let me know within the first 48 hours: take photos of the damage and the package and send them to me at info@finger3flip.com or via WhatsApp. I will handle the replacement or refund.
And if an issue arises later, you have a 30-day warranty: if it arrives defective or you notice a durability issue, write to me and I will provide a fair solution — replacement, repair, or a discount on your next purchase.
