How long does it take for my fingerboard to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location:

Spain (Peninsula) : 2 to 4 business days.

Balearic Islands : 4 to 8 business days. (May vary due to customs)

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla : 4 to 8 business days. (May vary due to customs)

Europe : 4 to 6 business days.

International: 7 to 14 days according to the destination.

If you need your order urgently, choose the Express Shipping option for faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location:

Spain (Peninsula) – FREE ( Express shipping available at an additional cost )

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla – €7 (includes customs clearance)

Can I customize my fingerboard?

Our fingerboards are unique and of professional quality .

While we don't offer customization right now, we're working on it ! Soon you'll be able to design your own board and create a completely personalized fingerboard.

In addition, we are gradually expanding our catalog : colored wheels, axles, bushings and much more.

We have a wide variety of models and combinations so you can find the one that best suits your style.

Each design is engineered to deliver the best quality and performance for every trick.

What do I do if my fingerboard arrives damaged or broken?

If your fingerboard arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To expedite the solution:

Take photos of the damage and the package.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
